Valerie guided me thru the process of volunteering for the Program. Her efforts were instrumental in my joining the VFI organization as the Regional Manager for Texas and New Mexico - the position she held while she was living in Texas. Great interview!!!

Israel was not founded in 1948. We are over 3,000 years old. It was just in 1948 that the UN voted and accepted Israel. Even without this vote we would still be a real nation, a real people......

They ALL speak English. Even in Tel Aviv & Jerusalem. It's quite an experience to sit with the soldiers. Be sure to be organized with people for the weekends otherwise it's the pitts.

It may be possible to do several months volunteer service. Army base changes always happen also. Call the VFI reps at 866-514-1948 and see vfi-usa.org

is it possible to stay there for a year at sar el? And can you switch of location in the meantime?

Greetings from Malaysia, I love Israel so so much and the Jewish people. I wish I can go to Israel to volunteer. I'd DO IT Wholeheartly even though I am not a Jew. As a Christian I am praying for Israel wholeheartedly. I support Israel 100%
